This Department is dealing with issues related to modern law of Islamic countries and in its studies, has a comparative approach.

The Department of Law is responsible for doing research and writing articles on various terms, as well as it is directly responsible for selecting, reviewing and approving the related entries and exchanging the views with the other departments. Scientific editing of written articles is another task of this Department.
